ACG_3386_JOB Our client is a financial services corporation, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. 1) Legacy Systems & Infrastructure Management Hold overall accountability for the stable operation of core technology systems, including trading and settlement infrastructure. Lead incident response and ensure timely resolution of operational disruptions across critical environments. Establish, maintain, and periodically test Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) frameworks. Oversee system capacity planning, infrastructure monitoring, operational efficiency initiatives, and technology risk management. Ensure alignment with group-level IT policies and technical standards, while supporting internal and external audits and driving remediation where required. 2) Platform Development & Optimization (MTS/WTS) Set the strategic direction for architecture enhancement and performance optimization of mobile and web trading platforms. Improve system responsiveness, reliability, and scalability with a strong focus on customer experience and usability. Review technical dependencies and risks associated with integrating new features, modules, or services into existing core systems and infrastructure. Guide platform evolution to ensure competitiveness, service quality, and operational consistency. 3) Digital Financial Technology Innovation Assess and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, STO-related capabilities, and other digital finance innovations, with a clear understanding of technical feasibility and risk. Recommend modernization opportunities in areas such as AI-enabled automation, data analytics, and trading technology enhancement. Analyze the potential impact of technology adoption on legacy environments, platform stability, and broader IT architecture. Develop and drive a phased roadmap for digital technology transformation in line with business priorities. 4) Information Security & IT Governance Adapt and implement headquarters-level security policies and internal control requirements within the local operating environment. Strengthen security governance across access management, encryption, system monitoring, and control mechanisms. Oversee incident management processes related to cybersecurity and coordinate vulnerability identification and remediation programs. Ensure technology operations are managed within a robust governance and compliance framework. 5) Leadership & Organizational Management Lead IT, infrastructure, and related technology teams, while enhancing the technical and operational capabilities of local staff. Build standardized and process-driven operating models to improve consistency, accountability, and execution quality. Collaborate closely with headquarters and local leadership teams to balance business continuity, platform competitiveness, and innovation priorities. Act as a key advisor on technology strategy, operational resilience, and digital transformation. Requirements Korean nationality required. Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Approximately 15 years of relevant experience in financial technology environments, securities firms, or financial system integration organizations. Proven experience leading large-scale system implementation, modernization, or transformation programs within securities or financial services environments. Hands-on background in managing legacy platforms, operational infrastructure, and security, including DR and BCP framework establishment. Operational Reliability: Strong ability to manage and maintain stable operations across legacy systems and technology infrastructure. Platform Leadership: Deep technical understanding of trading platforms, including MTS/WTS environments, with the capability to lead improvement and coordination efforts. Digital Innovation: Strong conceptual and practical understanding of emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain, with the ability to apply them strategically. Risk Management: Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks arising from technology change, digitalization, and system integration. Governance Alignment: Capability to translate and enforce headquarters-level IT and security frameworks within local execution models. Leadership & Communication: Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multinational and cross-functional environments. Proficiency in English or Vietnamese is preferred. Experience participating in or overseeing projects related to AI, blockchain, or other advanced digital technologies. Prior experience working in multinational organizations and managing IT governance across regional or global structures. Relevant IT and information security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL are advantageous. Project or cloud-related certifications such as PMP, AWS, Azure, or similar are preferred. Additional certifications in AI, data, blockchain, or related digital technology domains are a plus.
