Product Owner (B2B SaaS | HR Tech)

ACG_3455_JOB Our client, a leading HR Tech company in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Key Responsibilities Own and drive the Product Vision & long-term Roadmap, aligning with business goals Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business impact, resources, and timelines Collaborate with CEO, Business & DX teams to design product strategies, pricing models (subscription), and growth initiatives (upsell/cross-sell) Analyze market trends and competitors in HRM, Payroll, ATS, and SaaS ecosystem Gather insights from users, support channels, and data to improve product experience continuously Partner closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality features on time Enable Sales & Customer Success teams with product knowledge and training to maximize customer impact Requirements 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum product development Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions Excellent communication skills to bridge business & technical teams Hands-on experience in writing clear and effective user stories Strong prioritization mindset – knowing what to focus on (and what to say no to) Experience in HR Tech domain is a big plus
