Production Engineer

ACG_3514_JOB Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during the product development phase. Use engineering software to create and update Technical Instructions for special processes such as assembly, welding, heat treatment, and concrete casting. Issue and update work orders for the mass production phase. Update standard time data for components during mass production. Work with teams to handle issues arising during mass production. Manage engineering changes occurring in the mass production stage. Handle NCR/QNR (non-conformance reports) during mass production. Improve processes to reduce standard production time. Conduct research to support the development of factory procedures. Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager. Working schedule: Monday to Friday. Requirements University graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical/machining fields. At least 3 years of experience in assembly line or manufacturing environments. Proficient in SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, and CAD software. Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), minimum TOEIC 650. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
