QUẢN LÝ CHẤT LƯỢNG/ QUALITY MANAGEMENT Kiểm soát quản lý chất lượng Quality Management Control Xây dựng quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc và phương pháp kiểm tra nhằm đảm bảo sự tuân thủ theo các yêu cầu đề ra. Develop procedures, work instructions, and inspection methods to ensure compliance with required standards. Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình, tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh, cũng như việc sử dụng hóa chất và đồ bảo hộ một cách hợp lý, hiệu quả và tiết kiệm chi phí. Propose improvements to procedures and hygiene standards, as well as the appropriate, efficient, and cost-effective use of chemicals and protective equipment. 2. QUẢN LÝ CƠ SỞ VẬT CHẤT/ FACILITIES MANAGEMNET Quản lý phòng thí nghiệm hóa học và vật lý, bao gồm thiết bị, dụng cụ, đồ thủy tinh và hóa chất nhằm đáp ứng kế hoạch kiểm tra theo yêu cầu. Manage chemical and physical laboratories, including equipment, tools, glassware, and chemicals, to support and fulfill testing plans. Quản lý công tác hiệu chuẩn thiết bị nội bộ và bên ngoài nhằm đảm bảo tính chính xác và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn. Coordinate internal and external equipment calibration activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. 3. QUẢN LÝ ATSKMT/ HSE MANAGEMNET Triển khai và duy trì hệ thống An toàn – Sức khỏe – Môi trường (ATSKMT). Implement and maintain the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Giám đốc nhà máy và Trưởng các bộ phận trong việc xây dựng kế hoạch và tổ chức đào tạo về các chương trình, chính sách, mục tiêu, quy trình và tiêu chuẩn ATSKMT cho toàn thể nhân viên. Collaborate closely with Plant Managers and Department Heads to develop plans and conduct training on HSE programs, policies, objectives, procedures, and standards for all employees. Am hiểu hệ thống tiêu chuẩn quốc tế về An toàn – Sức khỏe – Môi trường (ATSKMT), các quy định pháp luật liên quan và các yêu cầu khác áp dụng tại nhà máy. Possess strong knowledge of international HSE standards, relevant legal regulations, and other applicable compliance requirements within factory operations. Quản trị và kiểm soát rủi ro trong hầu hết các hoạt động của nhà máy nhằm đảm bảo an toàn và vận hành hiệu quả. Manage and control risks across most plant operations to ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency. 4. QUẢN LÝ NHÂN VIÊN/ EMPLOYEE MANAGMENT Phân công, triển khai và giám sát công việc của nhân viên thuộc bộ phận Chất lượng nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả hoạt động và đáp ứng mục tiêu công việc. Assign, coordinate, and supervise tasks for employees within the Quality Department to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of work objectives. 5. TRÁCH NHIỆM KHÁC/ OTHER RESPONSUBILITY Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất trong việc xử lý sự cố, đồng thời tham gia các dự án cải tiến chất lượng và an toàn thực phẩm. Collaborate with the Production Department in incident resolution and participate in quality and food safety improvement projects. Thực hiện kiểm tra, đánh giá định kỳ hoặc đột xuất mức độ tuân thủ và hiệu quả áp dụng của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và an toàn thực phẩm hiện hành. Conduct periodic or ad-hoc audits to assess the implementation and effectiveness of current quality and food safety management systems. Requirements TRÌNH ĐỘ / QUALIFICATIONS Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thực phẩm, Bảo quản và Chế biến thực phẩm, Công nghệ sinh học hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Processing and Preservation, Biotechnology, or related fields. KINH NGHIỆM / EXPERIENCE Có 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý chất lượng trong các công ty chế biến thực phẩm. 3–5 years of experience in quality management roles within food processing companies. Có kiến thức về vệ sinh và an toàn thực phẩm. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety. Am hiểu các tiêu chuẩn ISO 22000, HACCP và GMP. Strong understanding of ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards. Có kiến thức về quy trình giết mổ và pha lóc các sản phẩm từ thịt gà, thịt heo. Knowledge of slaughtering and cutting processes for chicken and pork products. Có kiến thức về 5S và sử dụng hóa chất an toàn. Knowledge of 5S practices and safe chemical usage. NĂNG LỰC / COMPETENCIES Thành thạo tin học văn phòng. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Có khả năng tìm hiểu, nắm bắt thông tin liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm. Able to learn, understand, and capture information related to product quality. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, quản lý và điều hành tốt. Good communication, management, and operational skills. Có khả năng lãnh đạo và thúc đẩy tinh thần làm việc nhóm hiệu quả. Able to lead and foster effective teamwork. Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, chủ động nhận thức công việc và thích ứng với các yêu cầu, thay đổi và trở ngại. Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and adapt to requirements, changes, and challenges. NGÔN NGỮ / LANGUAGES Tiếng Việt. Vietnamese. Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh.
