Thực hiện đánh giá chất lượng trong quá trình sản xuất và trên chuyền nhằm kiểm tra mức độ tuân thủ của nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, công nhân vận hành, thông số cài đặt máy móc và thao tác sản xuất theo hướng dẫn công việc, danh mục kiểm tra và biểu mẫu quy định. Phụ trách kiểm soát chất lượng đầu ra đối với thành phẩm, đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng đầy đủ các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng nội bộ và bên ngoài trước khi xuất hàng thông qua việc sử dụng danh mục kiểm tra và biểu mẫu OQC. Xử lý các điểm không phù hợp và các sản phẩm nghi ngờ bằng cách tuân thủ danh mục kiểm tra, dữ liệu đo lường, kết quả thử nghiệm, tiêu chuẩn ngoại quan, bản vẽ kỹ thuật và các tiêu chuẩn liên quan khác. Ghi nhận đầy đủ tất cả các phát hiện trong quá trình đánh giá, kiểm tra và báo cáo kịp thời cho cấp trên. Thực hiện cách ly và dán nhãn đối với các sản phẩm không phù hợp để chờ phương án xử lý tiếp theo. Tiến hành đánh giá tuân thủ nhằm chủ động phát hiện các lỗi tiềm ẩn và rủi ro chất lượng. Thực hiện phân tích và hỗ trợ xử lý các sự cố liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm. Cập nhật kết quả kiểm tra lên hệ thống SAP/MES theo quy định. Duy trì và cải tiến Hệ thống quản lý Chất lượng của company, bao gồm SOP, OI/WI, phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001. Đảm bảo các quy trình cần thiết và kỹ năng chuyên môn liên quan đến công việc của nhân viên kiểm tra, công nhân vận hành và các nhân sự liên quan được đào tạo đầy đủ. Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận chức năng liên quan nhằm đáp ứng kế hoạch giao hàng và mục tiêu sản xuất, đồng thời duy trì mức chất lượng theo yêu cầu. Responsible for carrying out the incoming inspection process to ensure that all incoming materials comply with technical drawings, regulations, procedures, work instructions, and relevant assembly instructions. Conduct in-process and line quality audits to verify the compliance of incoming materials, production operators, machine settings, and production handling activities in accordance with work instructions, checklists, and required forms. Responsible for outgoing quality control of finished goods, ensuring that products meet all required internal and external quality standards before shipment by following the relevant checklists and OQC forms. Handle non-conforming and suspected products by following checklists, measurement data, test results, cosmetic criteria, technical drawings, and other applicable standards. Record all findings identified during audits and inspections, and report them promptly to the superior. Quarantine and label non-conforming products for further disposition. Perform compliance audits to proactively identify potential defects and quality risks. Analyze and support troubleshooting activities for product quality issues. Update inspection results in the SAP/MES system in accordance with company requirements. Maintain and optimize the company’s Quality Management System, including SOPs, OIs/WIs, in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Ensure that inspectors, operators, and other relevant personnel are properly trained on the required procedures and skills necessary to perform their assigned duties. Work closely with cross-functional departments to meet delivery schedules and production targets while maintaining the expected quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors. Requirements Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Cơ khí, Điện tử, Cơ điện tử, Tự động hóa hoặc các ngành liên quan. Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực QA/QC. Thành thạo tiếng Anh 4 kỹ năng. Sử dụng thành thạo MS Office. Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hệ thống MES/SAP là một lợi thế. Có khả năng đọc hiểu bản vẽ Cơ khí và bản vẽ Điện tử. Hiểu và có khả năng thực hiện các phép đo cơ bản bằng các thiết bị đo lường như máy đo 2D, thước kẹp, thước lá, thước đo độ dày, đồng hồ vạn năng, đồng hồ so và các thiết bị tương tự. University graduate with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields. At least 3 years of working experience in QA/QC. Good command of English in all four skills. Proficient in MS Office. Experience with MES/SAP systems is preferred. Able to read and understand mechanical and electronic drawings. Understand and be able to perform basic measurements using measuring tools such as 2D measuring machines, calipers, feeler gauges, micrometers, V.O.M multimeters, height gauges, and other similar instruments.
