Born and built in Hawaiʻi, Alpha Inc. is a leader in heavy civil construction, concrete, renewable energy, drilling, and infrastructure solutions. What we build today will serve island communities for generations.

We operate by three core values:

• →Hands-on carpentry experience in concrete, foundations, framing, or related work
• →Strong layout ability with real-world jobsite application
• →Solid understanding of measurements, elevations, and construction math
• →Ability to read and execute from plans and technical drawings
• →Familiarity with rebar placement, spacing, and structural coordination
• →Confidence using layout tools (laser levels, transits, etc.)
• →Physically capable of handling demanding field conditions

Employment at Alpha Inc. is contingent upon:
• Completion of standard pre-employment screening.
• Successful completion of a background check conducted after a conditional offer; any prior issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis consistent with Hawaiʻi and federal law.
• Passing a drug test (for both full-time and part-time hires) conducted in line with Hawaiʻi statutory requirements.
