Location: Hawaiʻi (Jobsite & Shop-Based)
Department: Equipment
Reports to: Equipment Manager
Position Type: Full-Time
Status: Non-Exempt

At Alpha Inc., we don’t just fix equipment — we keep the machines that build Hawaiʻi running.

We’re looking for a highly skilled Welder who takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely under pressure, and knows that every weld matters when thousands of pounds of steel and equipment are on the line.

This isn’t a “clock in and coast” role.
This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role where your work directly supports the heavy equipment powering major infrastructure, energy, and construction projects across the islands.

If you take pride in precision, problem solving, and being the person who keeps the fleet moving when things break, you’ll fit right in here.

Founded and grown in Hawaiʻi, Alpha Inc. is a locally owned leader in heavy civil construction, renewable energy, drilling, concrete, and infrastructure development. The work we do today will serve our communities for generations.

Everything we do is grounded in three core values:

Lead with Heart – We treat our team like family and prioritize safety, respect, and support.
Strength in Unity – Big projects require strong collaboration across crews, shops, and divisions.
Alpha Mentality – We show up ready to solve problems, improve every day, and deliver excellence.

As a Welder at Alpha, you play a critical role in keeping our fleet reliable, safe, and ready for the toughest jobs in the islands.
