Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist the Housekeeping Manager with training, developing, and supervising housekeeping staff.
- →Inspect private homes and condominiums, document inspection results, and communicate corrective actions to staff.
- →Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to develop weekly schedules that ensure appropriate coverage while adhering to budgetary guidelines and occupancy levels.
- →Coach housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with current housekeeping practices, products, techniques, and safety standards, promoting a safe and injury-free work environment.
- →Perform thorough cleaning of condominiums and residences in accordance with established department standards.
- →Stock condominiums with appropriate supplies according to department standards.
- →Clean common areas of lodges and perform daily housekeeping services as assigned.
- →Identify and report damage, maintenance issues, or items requiring repair or replacement to management.
- →Address guest service concerns related to housekeeping and equipment, and posting records as required.
- →Complete work orders, requisitions, reports, and inventory tracking accurately and timely.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience in housekeeping or property management required
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish and English) preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
- Flex Year Round – may have periods of layoff or reduced hours
- $23.00 per hour
