+ Define and own the roadmap for key features or game areas, ensuring alignment with product goals.
+ Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage the backlog to prioritize the highest-impact features.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure features are implemented on time and at a high quality.
+ Work closely with the Product Manager to shape the overall game vision and strategy.
+ Contribute to designing innovative gameplay loops, hybrid monetization systems, and engagement mechanics.
+ Act as a mentor to Junior Product Owners and other team members, providing guidance and support.
+ Use analytics and player feedback to inform decisions and optimize features for retention, engagement, and monetization.
+ Collaborate with the analytics team to design and evaluate A/B tests for new features and updates.
+ Identify key metrics and set success criteria for features and updates.
+ Help plan and execute LiveOps strategies, including events, seasonal updates, and new content releases.
+ Partner with marketing teams to align player acquisition and retention initiatives with product goals.
+ Familiarity with AI-powered tools to boost productivity and creativity
+ Passion for music and rhythm games—enough to spot a good beat map or suggest music-driven event ideas.
+ Understanding of F2P economies, core-loop and progression design, and live-ops best practices
