Develop and implement growth and engagement strategies to increase active user utilization and maximize customer loyalty across Amar Bank’s digital B2C retail lending products, focusing on cash loans and limit-based offerings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Design, Research, Data, Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, and Business) to design, execute, and optimize initiatives, including loyalty programs, rewards systems, and personalized experiences.

Generate hypotheses from funnel diagnostics, behavioral analytics, and qualitative research. Translate each into a testable experiment with primary metric, MDE, and decision rule defined before launch.

Own funnel definition, instrumentation quality, and reporting cadence for the assigned product surface. Detect structural breaks early and root-cause to the cohort or segment level.

Develop and execute A/B tests and other experiments to validate strategies, working closely with data science and analytics teams to ensure statistically significant results.

Present metrics and insights to senior leadership, recommending strategies to enhance product metrics and meet Amar Bank’s growth objectives.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations in digital banking to ensure Amar Bank’s strategies are competitive and impactful.
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial services or digital banking industry - specifically B2C Digital Loan App Product Management
Proven experience in leading product strategies that demonstrate measurable success in reducing churn and increasing engagement.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and customer segmentation analysis.
Solid understanding of digital banking products, customer lifecycle, and market trends B2C Digital Loan App Product.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Involved in product discovery & has collaborated with UXR.
Familiar with OJK regulations relevant to digital lending and has navigated compliance review as part of product delivery.
You have hands-on experience with retention tools and CRM systems such as Moengage.
You have experience in a high-growth tech company, digital banking or fintech.
Has knowledge in SEO / ASO, Paid Ads and retargeting
Understand Android SDK for play store policy.
Understand lending collection process
MBA Graduated.
Knows Indonesian Banking & Fintech Market
