Shift: Monday - Thursday; 7am - 5:30pm and occasional overtime

• Safely set up, operate, and monitor toggle lock and press equipment to produce high-quality components according to production requirements.
• Perform die changes, basic machine adjustments, and troubleshooting activities to ensure efficient operation of production equipment.
• Operate raised panel presses and associated equipment while ensuring proper stamp definition and product quality.
• Identify required dies, stamps, and production configurations based on work orders and production schedules.
• Manufacture products according to bills of material, work orders, and established production sequences.
• Monitor production output and machine performance to achieve daily production and efficiency goals.
• Identify production barriers and communicate concerns to leadership to minimize downtime and improve throughput.
• Support production flow by coordinating activities with upstream and downstream operations.

• Accurately record and process inventory transactions in company systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for materials and components consumed during production, including pans, stiles, bottom rails, and related components.
• Verify material quantities, dimensions, and specifications prior to production.
• Read and interpret production tags, rack labels, and work order information to ensure accurate material usage.
• Sort work benches and release production labels in the proper sequence to support workflow requirements.
• Complete all required production reports, transaction documents, and end-of-shift paperwork accurately and on time.
• Utilize production and inventory management systems to maintain accurate production records.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and support departments to ensure material availability and uninterrupted production flow.

• Maintain a strong commitment to quality by ensuring all products meet engineering specifications, company standards, and customer requirements.
• Perform required quality inspections and verification checks throughout the production process.
• Identify and address quality concerns, defects, non-conforming materials, or process issues promptly.
• Ensure proper identification of products based on gauge, stamp, profile, width, and other required specifications.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Safely operate machinery, material-handling equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain safe work practices at all times.
• Report unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, or quality issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with housekeeping and 5S standards.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, press operation, or related production experience preferred.
• Experience operating mechanical production equipment, presses, or similar manufacturing machinery preferred.
• Ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure and perform production-related calculations.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to utilize production and inventory management systems.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to identify, organize, and prioritize production requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to support business demands.
• Commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds unassisted with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials exceeding 45 pounds utilizing team-lift procedures or material-handling equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb stairs or ladders as required.
• Ability to use hands, wrists, and fingers for operating equipment, handling materials, completing paperwork, and computer tasks.
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment and work around moving machinery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures.
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environmental conditions.
