Role Summary
You will play a pivotal role in helping Biocol Labs achieve a predictable monthly revenue of €10M, leading our Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Compliance divisions.
This position requires a seasoned leader with a strategic mindset and strong execution skills, capable of scaling operations in a fast-paced, international environment while ensuring financial and operational excellence.

Develop and execute operational and financial strategies that support Biocol’s goal of achieving predictable €10M monthly revenue.

Lead and oversee Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, and Compliance, ensuring clear alignment with business objectives.

Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, providing insights to guide executive decision-making.

Optimize operational efficiency across teams, implementing scalable processes and automation where possible.

Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring full compliance with international standards and regulations.

Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to define strategic priorities and support long-term growth initiatives.

Act as a key partner to investors, auditors, and financial institutions, ensuring transparency and credibility in all reporting.

Oversee logistics, supply chain planning, and procurement to guarantee timely product delivery and cost efficiency.
Demonstrated success in building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
Experience in consumer goods, health, or wellness sectors is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
