Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and accounts.
- →Provide timely equipment selections, pricing, and scheduling information.
- →Promote the features and benefits of ADC’s products.
- →Prepare equipment takeoffs and bid proposals tailored to project requirements.
- →Submit detailed documentation for customer approval.
- →Develop technical solutions and resolve customer issues throughout the sales process.
- →Create action plans to target new accounts and grow sales within existing ones.
- →Collaborate with manufacturer engineers and customer service to ensure excellent support.
- →Conduct sales tracking, including opportunities, forecasts, and results.
- →Maintain accurate records of project details, orders, costs, and schedules.
- →Travel regularly to customer sites and attend training seminars and sales meetings.
- →Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all activities
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry
- Preferred sales experience in the Eastern Massachusetts territory.
- Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems and air-side HVAC product applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with PC use.
Estimated compensation: Base salary $125,000 - $175,000/yr, plus sales-based commission.
