Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day engineering operation.
• Manage 6 engineering teams.
• Project vision and leadership.
• Manage hands-on technical escalations.
• Manage infrastructure (reliability, uptime etc).
• Interface business teams in London.
• Drive quality, efficiency, technical excellence.

You will be joining a well-versed team if you have:

• +5 years of experience as Head of Engineering.
• Experience in handling a high-complexity SaaS products.
• Experience in managing teams with over 20 engineers.
• Strong hands-on technical background.
• Strong architectural experience.
• Started career as a software engineer.
• Degree in Computer Science.
