We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Gift Management to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Specialist Gift Management, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of gift processing and donor relations for our organization. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our fundraising efforts and maintaining positive relationships with our donors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gift management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of gift processing, including data entry, acknowledgement letters, and donor recognition

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in the database

- Develop and implement strategies to increase donor retention and engagement

- Coordinate gift solicitation campaigns and events

- Serve as the primary point of contact for donors and provide excellent customer service

- Collaborate with the development team to create and implement fundraising plans

- Prepare reports and analyze data to track fundraising progress and identify areas for improvement

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in gift management

- Assist with other development and fundraising initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in gift management or fundraising

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in database management and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for the mission and values of our organization

- Experience in healthcare, education, or government industries is a plus
