Play a vital role and be part of the web team, which provides end-to-end digital solutions and hosting for global websites enabling Amgen brands to engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and our patients. The team provides an innovative web technology platform hosted in the cloud and ensures compliances and security features across our websites. You will be part of Amgen's Global Commercial Client Facing Web Technology Team .
- →Provide architectural leadership for Adobe AEM Sites as a Cloud Service, guiding solution design, platform standards, component architecture, and integration patterns across multiple digital properties.
- →Lead the creation of advanced proofs of concept and reference implementations that inform engineering direction, covering complex AEM components, OSGi services, HTL, workflows, and deeply integrated features.
- →Design and extend CMS capabilities by implementing scalable integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party platforms, applying strong patterns for security, performance, and maintainability.
- →Oversee day to day operational health of AEM environments, including issue triage, root cause analysis, configuration tuning, and continuous platform improvements.
- →Responsible for the platform metrics, manage ServiceNow requests, incidents, and deployment tasks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all operational activities in alignment with established SLAs.
- →Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure robust deployment practices, environment configuration, and automation of CI/CD pipelines supporting AEM.
- →Build monitoring and alerting strategies that sustain high availability, using scripts and automation to manage patching, performance optimization, and platform hardening.
- →Guide caching and database strategies to ensure fast, resilient content delivery across global experiences.
- →Identify systemic improvements in engineering practices, establishing coding standards, reusable patterns, documentation, and platform governance.
- →Collaborate closely in agile ceremonies to shape technical scope, clarify requirements, forecast work, and contribute to strategic planning for enhancements and feature development.
- →Align with long term digital experience goals by offering architectural recommendations, participating in roadmap discussions, and helping teams navigate complex technical decisions.
