We seek an experienced Program Manager to provide supportive leadership and management team members with a passion for providing quality services to young males in a residential setting. Key success attributes are leadership, organization, training and effective communication. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all program operations in the absence of the Executive Director,
  • Manage all program administrative and human resource systems in an effective and efficient manner,
  • Direct and coordinate performance management including coaching and future performance development.
  • Assist with the recruitment process for Program Team Members, e.g., conducting interviews, coordinating tours and pre-employment assessments, and the hiring process,
  • Collaborate with Executive Director and agency stakeholders in contract compliance to include student intake, discipline, transfer and or release and general reporting requirements.
