Familiarity working alongside a technical CTO or in a deeply technical product environment
In your first 6–12 months, the following should be true:
Initial roadmap projects are delivered on time, with measurable customer impact
You've developed a deep point of view on the amplo platform — where it's strong, where it has gaps, and what to build next
Engineering and CX trust you as the connective tissue between customer insight and product delivery
At least one AI-powered capability is in production that meaningfully changes how customers experience the platfor
