→Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
→Lead and oversee a team of attorneys and paralegals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
→Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
→Advise clients on complex tax strategies to minimize estate tax liability and optimize wealth transfer.
→Develop and implement succession plans for family businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
→Coordinate with clients, their advisors, and firm attorneys to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
→Collaborate internally with other practice areas to enhance client outcomes where appropriate.

Requirements
