Our law firm client is looking for a Real Estate Legal Assistant to support a couple attorneys in transactional, real estate (commercial or residential), and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

→Prepare, revise, and finalize transactional and corporate documents
→Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including escrow and closing coordination
→Draft correspondence, engagement letters, and legal forms
→Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and attorney scheduling
→Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files
→Coordinate document execution and signatures
→Handle client communication in a professional and responsive manner
→Perform filing, scanning, billing support, and other administrative tasks as needed
