AnaVation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support located at Fort Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities
~3 min readThe selected candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Operations Support Branch, ensuring efficient execution of personnel, administrative, and training-related activities. Key responsibilities include
- →Coordinate onboarding for new civilian employees, recruitment, support education and training programs, and perform a wide range of administrative tasks that contribute to overall branch operations.
- →Track, route, and monitor taskers; ensure deadlines are met; maintain accurate documentation and status updates.
- →Plan, schedule, and support meetings, ceremonies, briefings, and special events; manage logistics, materials, and on-site execution.
- →Coordinate and support engagements involving international partners; assist with scheduling, protocol considerations, documentation, and logistics for multinational meetings, visits, and collaborative events.
- →Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including monitoring deadlines, tracking action items, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
- →Monitor and refine work products, processes, and workflows as necessary.
- →Proactively identify actions and provide accurate, professional assessments.
- →Research information and prepare reports and/or briefs.
- →Provide customer service tasks for senior leadership.
- →BA/BS in a business-related field or an additional 2 years of related experience
- →Previous experience in a program support or administrative role, preferably within a government or military environment
