  • Build a positive, high-energy culture that fosters trust, stability, and personal growth.
  • Lead and participate in group activities that are both fun and meaningful.
  • Guide youth in completing daily tasks and developing essential life skills.
  • Provide emotional support and teach healthy coping mechanisms to handle stress.
  • Work alongside the Treatment Team to design individualized care plans for each youth.
  • Mediate conflicts and help youth develop problem-solving techniques for real-life situations.
  • Document progress and key events to ensure everyone is aligned in their care journey.
  • Use verbal de-escalation strategies to manage challenges effectively.
  • Promote hygiene, health, and safety to maintain a secure and supportive environment.
  • Lead with empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence, modeling positive behaviors every step of the way.
  • A passion for working with youth and making a lasting difference.
  • High school diploma, GED, or associate degree required.
  • At least two years of experience working with children ages 6-17 is preferred.
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong self-regulation and problem-solving skills.
  • A growth mindset—coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
