→Lead and participate in group activities that are both fun and meaningful.
→Guide youth in completing daily tasks and developing essential life skills.
→Provide emotional support and teach healthy coping mechanisms to handle stress.
→Work alongside the Treatment Team to design individualized care plans for each youth.
→Mediate conflicts and help youth develop problem-solving techniques for real-life situations.
→Document progress and key events to ensure everyone is aligned in their care journey.
→Use verbal de-escalation strategies to manage challenges effectively.
→Promote hygiene, health, and safety to maintain a secure and supportive environment.
→Lead with empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence, modeling positive behaviors every step of the way.

A passion for working with youth and making a lasting difference.
High school diploma, GED, or associate degree required.
At least two years of experience working with children ages 6-17 is preferred.
Must be 21 years or older.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong self-regulation and problem-solving skills.
A growth mindset—coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn.
Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
