About the Role

We’re building the most efficient platform for operating funds and investing in startups. Our Infrastructure team is small, fast-moving, and foundational to every product we build. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will shape the platform infrastructure that supports billions in venture assets.

This isn’t a pure operations role. You will be building: developer platforms, deployment pipelines, infrastructure automation, and foundational systems that make our engineering team fast and reliable. Our stack runs on Kubernetes and AWS, and we use tools like Pulumi, cdk8s, and ArgoCD — but what matters most is your ability to design, build, and iterate quickly.

Design and build platform infrastructure that serves the entire engineering organization — from deployment pipelines to observability to developer tooling.

Architect systems for reliability and scale on AWS, making pragmatic tradeoffs for a growing team.

Automate infrastructure using code (e.g., Pulumi, cdk8s, ArgoCD) to improve repeatability and reduce toil.

Own production health: monitor systems, respond to incidents, and drive root cause analysis.

Provide technical leadership for the infrastructure team, influencing the engineering roadmap as we grow

Platform / systems engineering: You’ve built platforms or internal tools end-to-end — auth systems, notification infrastructure, developer tooling — and you’re excited to go deeper into infrastructure and reliability practices at the organizational level.

Infrastructure / SRE: You’ve operated production infrastructure reliably and want to grow beyond operations into building the platforms themselves.

The infrastructure platform becomes more reliable, efficient, and proactively enables developers over time.

Developer satisfaction with platform tools and workflows increases measurably.

You ship meaningful improvements to how we build, deploy, and operate our systems.
