Responsibilities

- →Lead the sales floor by example—owning client engagement, appointment selling, and repeat business—while supporting and coaching Stylists to elevate performance and foster a collaborative, goal-driven team environment
- →Oversee day-to-day store operations and execution, including inventory, fulfillment, visual merchandising, and events, while ensuring a seamless, on-brand customer experience and providing insights on clientele and business performance
Requirements
~1 min read- 2–5 years of fashion, styling, or retail experience
- Experience in clienteling and working in a goal-driven sales environment
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to balance sales leadership with operational responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable using retail technology and basic reporting tools
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts
- Ability to meet physical demands, including but not limited to: standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing ladders; lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; moving merchandise and fixtures; operating POS systems; and performing all essential job functions in a fast-paced retail environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
The target compensation for this role is between $25 - $30 per hour and includes eligibility for a generous commission structure
