In this role, you will assist individuals and families across the United States in understanding and accessing important supplemental benefit programs that provide protection and peace of mind. You will meet virtually with clients who have already requested information—no cold calling or door-to-door outreach is required.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with clients nationwide

  • Listen carefully to client needs and recommend appropriate benefit options

  • Explain available programs clearly and professionally

  • Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish

  • Maintain accurate, organized digital records and follow-up communication

  • Provide ongoing post-enrollment support to ensure long-term client satisfaction

  • Participate in virtual team meetings, mentorship sessions, and product training

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to team goals

This position requires professionalism, integrity, and strong time management skills. You will represent AO Globe Life in a consultative, client-centered capacity, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to ethical service and quality support.


Requirements
