• Top Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 annually, reflecting your experience and leadership

• →Supervise building inspectors and manage inspection programs
• →Serve as a subject matter expert supporting the sales team
• →Conduct client visits as needed for complex or escalated projects
• →Administer and enforce municipal, state, and federal building codes, safety, energy, and accessibility standards
• →Oversee issuance of building permits, plan approvals, occupancy certificates, and inspection reports
• →Interpret complex codes and provide guidance to architects, engineers, contractors, and property owners
• →Collaborate with fire, planning, zoning, engineering, and public works departments for coordinated code enforcement
• →Manage appeals, code updates, and ordinance revisions
• →Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on inspections, permitting, and code compliance

• ICC Certified Building Official (CBO) required
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in building inspections
