Air Partner’s is currently seeking a talented, detail oriented and enthusiastic Corporate Aircraft Groomer to join our growing team based out of Calgary, Alberta. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:


  •  Wash and polish corporate aircraft exteriors;
  • Vacuum, sweep, and wipe down aircraft interiors;
  • Remove trash and debris from garbage’s and seat pockets;
  • Clean aircraft galleys, stemware, stoneware and cutlery;
  • Service potable water systems as required;
  • Empty and service lavatory systems as required;
  • Restock or change out in-flight magazines and newspapers as needed;
  • Wash & detail client vehicles;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, clients and internal team members;
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Air Partners hangar;
  • Outdoor grounds maintenance, including snow removal;
  • Adherence to corporate policies and standard operating procedures;
  • As directed by the senior leadership team, perform a variety of duties that will contribute to the overall guest experience.

  • Previous aircraft towing or forklift experience; and
  • A Passion to make business fly


 


MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


  • Legally able to live and work in Canada;
  • A valid class 5 drivers licence and reliable transportation to and from our corporate offices;
  • A clean drivers abstract;
  • Able to obtain a YYC RAIC pass;
  • Previous Aviation experience considered an asset;
  • High School Diploma or GED; and
  • Available for day, evening and weekend shifts as required.


 


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:


  • RRSP/TFSA matching program starting at 3% of your salary that increases to as much as 7% with time in service.
  • AircraftWorks subsidizes the cost of health benefits by 90% and our package includes extended health care, flexible drug plan, dental and vision benefits, long-term disability and life insurance.
  • Health spending account that can be used for a broad range of items.  Contributions amounts are tied to time in service.
  • Personal spending account again tied to time in service.  The personal spending account can be used for almost anything health or physical fitness related; even your green fees!
  • Professional development program that will reimburse you for up to 1000.00/yr. for approved training.
  • A broad range of paid time off in addition to your vacation days that includes birthdays off, 4 personal days/year, 4 volunteer days and our version of golden Fridays.  These can be used on Fridays or Mondays.  They start at one per quarter with as little as 6 months service.
