Responsibilities

→Manage cumulative project total $750K annually and achieve profitability goals.
→Develop $500K in new project work annually.
→Write and review technical reports and proposals.
→Prepare and deliver marketing presentations.
→Hire and manage subcontractors.
→Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product.
→Ensure safe performance of project work.

Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field
Master’s Degree is preferred.
Professional accreditation - PG is preferred
10+ years of solid technical experience.
Technical writing.
Technical oversight.
Business development.
Project management.
Mentoring and training.
Microsoft 365 / CRM.
Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired.

Annual Expected Pay Range

$100,000—$130,000 USD
