What We Offer

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assemble units according to blueprint prior to welding.
- →Set up and run automatic welding machines to blueprint tolerances.
- →Weld components manually using both MIG and TIG welding.
- →Position and secure work pieces using hoists.
- →Weld using a welding positioner/turntable.
- →Inspect product and equipment for defects and malfunctions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Welding certification from an accredited Technical School preferred.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and a functional knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and measurements.
- Proficient in GMAW (gas metal arc welding) and GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding).
- Capable of adjusting machines to different material thickness.
- Ability to self-manage with a diverse workload.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours per shift). - Walking:
Frequent walking throughout the production floor. - Lifting and Carrying:
- Regularly lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds.
- Occasionally lift heavier items (up to 75 pounds) with assistance or equipment
- Pushing and Pulling:
Use of manual or mechanical means to push/pull carts, equipment, or materials. - Repetitive Motions:
Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks (e.g., assembling, sorting, packaging). - Manual Dexterity:
Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small parts or tools. - Climbing:
Occasional use of ladders or steps to reach equipment or storage areas. - Visual and Hearing Requirements:
- Sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read labels, safety signs, and equipment gauges.
- Adequate hearing (with or without aids) to respond to alarms and verbal instructions in a noisy environment.
- Environmental Tolerance:
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or humid conditions).
- Exposure to noise, dust, odors, and manufacturing chemicals.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
