Are you ready to take the next step in your MedComms career? We're looking for a talented Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across meaningful projects that make a genuine impact.

About the Role

In this role, you will support the delivery and management of a diverse range of Medical Affairs projects, working closely with clients, scientific teams, and expert stakeholders. Projects may include:

  • Advisory boards and steering committee management
  • Scientific meeting support and logistics
  • Symposia planning and organisation
  • Internal training materials
  • Evidence communication and data dissemination activities
  • Stakeholder engagement

You'll be involved in day-to-day project and client management, supporting the successful execution of high-quality deliverables while contributing to the smooth running of multi-faceted workstreams.

  • Experience in a Medical Communications agency role
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Experience managing and monitoring budgets & timelines
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, confident communication with clients, colleagues, and external experts
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team success
  • Appetite for learning and growing your scientific and strategic capabilities
