Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Under the supervision of the controller, the individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone and/or internet
- →Conduct customer follow-ups
- →Provide administrative information to assist clients' understanding
- →Advise our clients on our various products (no solicitation)
- →Keep various information up to date in our system
What we’re looking for
- →Bilingualism in spoken and written communication is essential, as well as proficiency in the Office 365 suite
- →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- →Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- →Analytical mindset, ease in memorizing information, and fostering teamwork
