As an Appier Technical Service Engineer (Greater China Region), your primary responsibility is to assist clients in integrating Appier AI technologies. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will provide consultation to help clients overcome the roadblocks they encounter. In this role, you will also perform data analysis on business-critical metrics, investigate campaign issues, and collaborate closely with account and campaign management teams. Your goal is to ensure a smooth onboarding process and the optimal use of Appier's AI-powered ad solutions, driving campaigns toward success.

• →Assist customers in integrating Appier technologies into their websites and apps, enabling the effective use of Appier AI services.
• →Collaborate with client Account Managers and technical teams to address and resolve technical matters.
• →Understand customer requirements and coordinate internal resources effectively to meet their needs.
• →Manage stakeholders’ expectations and resolve technical issues on schedule.

[Minimum qualifications]

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English are preferred.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, concise, and audience-friendly manner.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Self-motivated and independent learner.
• Enjoys troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems effectively.
• Basic understanding of website structures, with the ability to trace and interpret HTML and JavaScript.
