Key Responsibilities * Broad understanding of supply & demand for customer sales orders & execution portion of it till fulfillment. * Generate reports, track shipment. Close coordination with Planning, Purchasing and Logistics. * Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers * Handle global customer escalations & provide effective solutions for tool downs. * Generate reports on delayed or any misses of fulfillment & take necessary action. * Working in different time zones to support Global Customer Sales Order demands. * Resource will be part of Fulfillment Ops team and helping with new reporting/dashboard requirements in the team along with the daily tactical. * Participates in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions. * Works within controls to ensure the accuracy, timeliness of the requested reports. * Implements new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures. Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports. Experience - 4 to 9 years Functional Knowledge * Good understanding of Operations and Supply Chain Management. * SAP end user knowledge is essential. * Hands on experience in advanced Excel / SQL/Tableau to develop reports and analytics.
