### Order Management Specialist ### ITPL Bangalore ### ### 📌 About the Role ### We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our Order Management Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong ERP knowledge and a passion for supporting sales processes, ensuring seamless customer experience, and maintaining operational excellence. ### ### 🚀 Key Responsibilities * ### ✅ Prepare and generate quotations and opportunities in the ERP system under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers * ### ✅ Create and maintain Sales Orders in ERP with a high level of precision * ### ✅ Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels * ### ✅ Proactively escalate unmet customer requirements to ensure prompt resolution * ### ✅ Support the sales team in managing a controlled volume of orders and transactions efficiently * ### ✅ Maintain data integrity and documentation aligned with company standards. ### 🎓 Qualifications * ### Bachelor’s degree: B.Com, B.B.M, B.A, B.Sc * ### Postgraduate degree preferred: M.Com or MBA ### 🧠 Experience * ### 2–4 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Customer Support ### 💻 Technical Skills * ### Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * ### Hands-on experience with SAP (CRM & ECC) or similar ERP systems ### ### ## Qualifications ### Education: Non-Degree Program (inactive) ### Skills Order Management, Order Processing, Quote to Cash ### Certifications: ### Languages: ### Years of Experience: Up to 1 Year ### Work Experience: ## Additional Information ### ### Shift: Swing (India) ### ### Travel: No ### ### Relocation Eligible: Yes ### Referral Payment Plan: Employee Referral (Standard) Applied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
