Software Engineer - Temporary Position

Join a team building and optimizing advanced image processing software for high-throughput, real-world systems. This is a temporary role - up to 1.5 years, offering a strong opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multidisciplinary, system-level environment. This role provides hands-on experience in profiling, optimization, refactoring, and feature development, with exposure to end-to-end system behavior—across software, algorithms, and hardware-aware components. You’ll utilize Claude code and take ownership of meaningful features that reach production, using modern development tools to improve quality, performance, and maintainability. What you’ll be doing: * Design and implement features in existing image processing and high-throughput data systems * Improve performance through profiling, optimization, refactoring, and clean architecture practices * Contribute to classical and AI-assisted image processing solutions * Analyze complex interactions between software and algorithms to identify bottlenecks and reliability issues * Work across the full development lifecycle: development, integration, testing, and deployment * Collaborate in a Scrum/Agile team environment * Use modern development and GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to improve delivery speed and quality What you should have? * B.Sc. in Computer Science (or equivalent) from a recognized university — must * Solid understanding of OOP principles * Experience with Java / Python / C# / C++ * Strong problem-solving, system analysis, and debugging skills * 1–3 years of professional software development experience — advantage * Experience with embedded systems — advantage * Experience working with GenAI tools — strong advantage Who we are?
