The Associate will be required to triage and address problems, incidents and issues for remediation and handle Incidents Notification communications to regional management. Coordinate and manage issues with Engineering, Development, Vendor, Regional / LAN Support and Management Required to support various ADP business units including their product suites and infrastructures while adhering to IT Corporate policy and governance. Required to patch and upgrade implementation to server systems and Business Applications. Coordinate and communicate with targeted organization as per the maintenance schedule. Required to perform the validation testing. Required to coordinate and schedule the data and profiles migrations for hardware swaps and upgrades. Required to support & Monitor Critical IT infrastructure operations like Printers, AV equipment and end-point related infrastructure. ##LI-DNIBachelors degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field 2 - 3 years experience in Windows Desktop support / Server administration Knowledge of Networking and desktop technologies. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server s& desktop applications, operating systems and desktop software and hardware, printers. Experience with Citrix, SCCM, Patch management, IT development and Server monitoring tools. Microsoft certification preferred in desktop support and office tools Hands on experience in end-point hardware and AV support. Understand and value the processes that cross IT services such as capacity planning, change management and problem resolution. Willing to contributing to the resolution of complex and company-wide IT Infrastructure problems. Experience working in a technical support and/or service capacity that demonstrates an ability to resolve issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer/client. Experience in running and Chair support Conference calls Excellent communications (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment. Must be able to work in a team environment and must be good Team player
