LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote friendly. This role operates on Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. Ideally, candidates are based in Western Canada, the U.S. West, or Latin American countries that align with PST or Central Standard Time (CST).

THE ROLE:

Apply Digital is looking for a Project Manager who can build strong, trusted relationships with our clients. They have a passion for all things digital — strategy, products, platforms, and marketing — and are confident engaging with various client stakeholders. As a Project Manager, you are an advocate for Project Management and Agile best practices, remaining flexible to adjust processes to fit your project team and clients’ needs. You arecomfortable wearing multiple hats and acting as a Scrum Master. You can manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations effectively. You are a problem solver and a detail-oriented thinker who keeps the project goals in sight. The ideal candidate will be solution-driven and able to handle fast-paced projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting to leadership. Above all, you are accountable to your team, to yourself, and to the delivery of excellence.

Manage project roadmaps and mobilize teams against project-level milestones, ensuring timely delivery.

Identify and mitigate risks, understanding when to proactively resolve issues and when to escalate them to senior leadership.

Act as a key point of contact for the project team, client partners, and relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with Program Leads to manage time, workflow, and prioritization across one or more projects.

Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including resourcing, creating project plans, controlling scope, managing budgets, and raising change requests when needed.

Facilitate cross-functional teams including Client Services, Strategy, Product, UX, UI, Tech, QA, and Data.

Foster a "one team" mindset, actively monitoring team morale and maintaining a healthy work environment.

Maintain detailed status reports and project documentation to present to clients and internal stakeholders.

Support the estimation process for project timelines, effort, and costs for new opportunities or change requests.

Utilize tools such as JIRA, Notion, and Google Sheets to maintain project hygiene.

Contribute to the Project Management discipline at Apply Digital by sharing best practices and improving internal workflows.

3-4 years of demonstrated track record delivering end-to-end digital solutions.

Advanced English level with the ability to maintain fluent communication, both written and verbal.

Interest and enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, with experience or openness to using generative AI tools, particularly Claude and Gemini, to optimize workflows.

Prior experience in professional services or consulting environments, preferably working with enterprise-level clients.

Proven track record in managing client relationships and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

Experience working on digital products; background in CPG, Commerce, or Loyalty is a strong bonus.

A can-do attitude and the resilience to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment.

Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks based on project needs.

Demonstrable critical thinking and a proactive approach to solving complex challenges.

Strong alignment with the principles of servant leadership.

Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Proficiency using tools like JIRA, Notion, or similar.

A good dose of humility and positivity to drive your relentless pursuit of excellence!

Nice to have: Prior experience as a Scrum Master and/or Scrum Master certification (PSM/CSM).
