Software Engineer, Fullstack (OneCrew)

We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join OneCrew’s quickly growing team. You’ll play an instrumental role in defining and building out the product and platform with the co-founders and engineering team as we scale our customer base.

Our engineering team is based in San Francisco and works in a hybrid environment from our office in downtown SF.

OneCrew is a B2B SaaS company modernizing the $30B commercial paving industry. OneCrew is the operating system for contractors connecting end-to-end operations all in one intuitive platform.

Since launching in 2022, we have rapidly built a customer base spanning the US and Canada. Customers LOVE our product and we're seeing great momentum. As we look to the next phase of OneCrew, we are building our engineering team to expand our best-in-class platform and bring new-to-market features to life.

Our lean, dynamic team led by the co-founding CEO (ex-Bain) and CTO (ex-Google) is excited to grow and deliver industry-changing solutions. We’re backed by venture capital and industry investors and have built an advisor group consisting of industry leaders, Construction SaaS experts, and successful former founders.

• →Build and launch new products and features independently and with the team
• →Maintain systems to ensure they are secure, highly-available, observable, performant, and automated
• →Document and provide feedback on product and engineering designs
• →Improve team standards and processes around development and production
• →Steward and grow our team and culture

• You’re a top performer looking for a role with opportunities to drive features from early engineering design to launch

• You have 2 or more years of experience and expertise building and running products with technologies in our stack - TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js (Vercel), React, Postgres (supabase), AWS
