Founding Fullstack Developer

TripSuite is an early-stage, venture-backed startup revolutionizing travel agency software. We believe our world is better when people are exposed to new ideas and cultures through travel. By supporting travel entrepreneurs and the customers they serve, TripSuite enables more people to travel better. Our first product makes it easier for travel professionals to get paid.

As one of the first developers, you’ll be tasked with building a new application and contributing to all parts of the platform. This is your chance to build something from the ground up that’s pivotal to the future of our company. We’re an early-stage startup, so we’re looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will report directly to the CTO.

• Be responsible for the full stack of a new application, from database design to deployment
• Work closely with our CEO, CTO, and other engineers to build features and improvements
• Be a key player in system architecture, frameworks, technologies, and everything that makes for great software
• Bring best practices for writing clean, testable, and scalable code
• Understand our clients’ journey and build software that enables best-in-class experiences
• Build an innovative product to revolutionize the travel industry

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Node.js and React
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platform
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational database

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with payment processing
