The Enterprise PMO (ePMO) is seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of Agile and traditional project management methodologies, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion. This role spans both IT and non-IT projects, working across a broad range of business functions and priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or related field. 

5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Agile and/or traditional methodologies. 

Experience managing both IT and non-IT projects across a variety of business functions. 

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment. 

Strong understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). 

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams. 

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Teamwork). 

PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are desirable but not required. 

Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones is a plus.
