About the Role
~1 min readWeβre looking for a talented Mid-Level Brand Designer to join our creative team: someone who is as passionate about craft and execution as they are about ideas. This is a production-focused role at the heart of everything we put into the world.
Working across print, digital, campaigns, events, merchandise and experiences, youβll play an important role in bringing our story to life and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality and ambition of the business behind it. From a campaign roll-out to a product brochure to a trade stand, youβll make it look and feel unmistakably us.
Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual solutions from briefs, business objectives, and brand strategy.

Design and produce a wide range of print materials, including brochures, flyers, packaging, merchandise, exhibition graphics, and marketing collateral.
- β
Create digital assets for social media, advertising campaigns, presentations, brand communications, and online platforms.
- β
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- β
Prepare production-ready artwork and liaise with printers, suppliers, and production partners to deliver high-quality outputs.
- β
Contribute to campaign development, activations, product launches, events, and brand experiences.
- β
Create supporting visual assets such as icons, illustrations, infographics, and design system components.
- β
Use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creative workflows, ideation, asset creation, and project efficiency.
- β
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- β
Stay up to date with design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand and creative output.
3β5+ years of professional experience in brand, graphic, or visual design.
A strong portfolio demonstrating both print and digital design excellence.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud β particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Professional print production knowledge and experience preparing artwork for manufacture and print.
Experience working directly with printers, suppliers, and production partners.
Ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Nice to Have
~1 min readExperience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and digital-first thinking.
Experience in a fast-paced brand, agency, or in-house creative environment.
Comfort using AI-powered design tools and an enthusiasm for emerging creative technologies.
