Your role

· Assist in analyzing business processes, KPIs, and performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.

· Assist in monitoring the sales pipeline and tracking opportunity performance against defined targets

· Develop, maintain, and optimize standard and ad hoc reports.

· Prepare, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

· Support the design and development of dashboards and visual analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI and Salesforce.

· Work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and Master Data Management teams to ensure data accuracy and business alignment.

· Translate business requirements into analytical approaches and reporting solutions.

· Assist in defining and monitoring key performance indicators for the sales organization

· Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to internal stakeholders.

· Contribute to local and global reporting, analytics, and business intelligence projects.

· Assist in streamlining and automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

· Support the deployment and adoption of new analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.

What will make you successful
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable degree program  
- First practical experience through an internship or trainee program in Business Analytics / Reporting / Finance or a similar position is required  
- Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint  
- Initial experience creating Power BI dashboards required  
- Salesforce reporting knowledge required  
- Experience with ERP systems, like SAP, is an advantage  
- Quick grasp of business operations and organizational contexts  
- Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers  
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness  
- Business fluent English
