As a Direct Support Professional at The Arc of Chemung-Schuyler, you will play a crucial role in providing person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Whether onsite or offsite, you will help create opportunities for our participants to learn essential life skills, fostering their independence and enhancing their relationships within the community. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals in various activities such as volunteering, recreational pursuits, wellness programs, and skill-building exercises.
