• →Providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans.
• →Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness.
• →Track client progress through data collection and treatment goals.
• →Provide support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management.
• →Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings.

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification from BACB.
• 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services.
• State of AZ Article 9 Training
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• State of AZ Prevention and Support Training - obtained prior to service delivery
• ABA Ethical Guidelines.
• Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation
• AzAHP -Initial and Annual Core Training Plan
