We are on the lookout for a strategic and dynamic Product Manager to lead and innovate in managing the full lifecycle of our l products. This role involves crafting strategic roadmaps, deeply understanding user needs through diligent research, and leading a team of developers and a designer. The ideal candidate will be experienced in driving products from conception to launch, adept at iterating based on real user feedback, and skilled at managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

Responsibilities

→Own the roadmap: translate already-defined business objectives and priorities into a roadmap the engineering and design teams can execute, sequencing what matters now versus later.
→Partner cross-functionally: work with the Tech Lead to shape features from an engineering standpoint, and with UX/UI to define how they should be designed.
→Drive execution: work with the Project Manager to break the roadmap into trackable sub-items and keep delivery on schedule.
→Be accountable, out loud: commit to concrete deliverables — a weekly status report, a decision by a set date — and deliver on them consistently.
→Lead client demos: run product demos with prospective clients and communicate clearly the value.
→Align with the business: keep the roadmap connected to Arionkoder's broader innovation strategy, working directly with business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Competencies:

→Experience in product management, ideally with some exposure to AI solutions
→Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead product teams and manage comprehensive product development cycles.
→Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in setting and evaluating product metrics to ensure that the product delivers on performance and quality.
→Robust Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of inspiring teams and engaging stakeholders.
→Agile Methodology: Proficient in agile project management, ensuring flexible and efficient product development processes.
→User-Centric Design Understanding: Deep knowledge of user research practices and their application in product design and development.
