The mission of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Department is to prevent, detect, and resolve loss.

Aritzia is growing and our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia people, information, product, and property at our Support Offices (SO). As the Risk Coordinator, you will support with executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss throughout all our locations. As the Risk Coordinator, you will:

• Safeguard our people, our clients, and our communities, including identifying and escalating instances of active recruitment of SO talent, preventing intentional threats to safety, and supporting people security investigations.
• Safeguard our intellectual property, personal information, and corporate information, including upholding controls that prevent information loss and rapidly detecting and responding to information security incidents.
• Safeguard our merchandise, including preventing opportunities for theft through key programming and incentives, maintaining appropriate inventory controls, and supporting product security investigations.
• Safeguard our physical assets, including implementing and monitoring security systems to detect potential asset loss or damage, and supporting property security investigations.

The Risk Coordinator, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
