Our network of multiphase, multitherapeutic research, standard of care, and VEN Centers sites is staffed by skilled providers, research, clinic, pharmacy, and patient outreach professionals. ALH operates state-of-the-art facilities and programs to meet the evolving needs of clinical research and overall patient treatment.
Arizona Liver Health is looking for a strategic HR Manager, who will lead a dynamic team, spearheading strategic HR efforts that foster inclusivity, set the gold standard for best practices, and instill a culture of continuous improvement. This position will be the trusted advisor, both to our valued employees and our leadership, providing expert counsel on a wide array of HR matters, from addressing employee concerns to shaping and implementing progressive policies, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our HR processes.
What We Offer

- Experience overseeing HR Budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and effectiveness in HR initiatives and operations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
- High sense of urgency and displays consistent initiative to resolve problems, take on projects, and deliver on tasks
- Thrives working under minimal supervision and guidance; accountable to outcomes
- Impeccable interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills with ability to effectively manage up and sideways.
- High organizational skills and time management skills with proven ability to execute projects and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Adaptable mindset, capable of embracing change and taking on diverse HR responsibilities.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute timely evaluations for assigned direct reports
- →Train new hires to ensure smooth transitions or onboarding of new direct reports
- →Delegate project and tasks as necessary
- →Continous mentorship
- →Develop KPIs and ensure tracking/achievement of performance metrics for assigned direct reports
- →Conduct monthly 1:1s with direct reports through Check, Guide, Go program or other similar documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or related field required
- SHRM Certification (CP or SCP) and/or HRCI certification (PHR or SPHR) required
- Minimum five to seven (5-7) years of progressive HR experience AND
- At least two (2) of those years in a senior, lead, or supervisor/manager position
