UI/UX Designer

We're expanding our Product team's UI/UX group and looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our existing design team. You'll collaborate with our current designer to scale our design capabilities as we grow our platform and customer base. This role requires someone who can work effectively in a collaborative design environment, bringing fresh perspectives while maintaining consistency with our established design language. You'll work directly with product leadership, engineering, and customers to design intuitive interfaces that make complex security data actionable.

• →Partner with our design team to tackle the growing volume of design work across our expanding platform
• →Design user interfaces for new features and improvements, including dashboards, vulnerability management workflows, and security analytics
• →Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance functionality with visual appeal
• →Conduct user research and usability testing with security practitioners, developers, and leadership to validate design decisions
• →Contribute to and evolve our design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across 325+ integrations
• →Collaborate with product managers to translate user stories and requirements into design specifications
• →Work closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and refine based on technical constraints
• →Design data visualization and reporting interfaces that surface insights from 200M+ daily security findings
• →Contribute to our emerging agentic interfaces and exposure management workflows
• →Leverage AI tools to enhance your design productivity and workflow efficiency
• →Bring new ideas and design approaches that push our user experience forward

• 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and high-quality visual design
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Experience designing complex data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, or analytics platforms
• Understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other designers while maintaining high individual output
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones with global teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design work and increase productivity

• Experience in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or developer tools
• Familiarity with security workflows, vulnerability management, or compliance requirements
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React)
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing in enterprise environments
• Experience designing for multiple user personas with different needs and technical sophistication
• Track record of bringing innovative design solutions that elevated product experience
