We are seeking a reliable and energetic Busser/Runner to join our restaurant team. This dual role is essential in ensuring smooth service by supporting servers, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and delivering food and beverages promptly. The ideal candidate is attentive, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent guest experiences

Responsibilities

→Table Support & Cleanliness

→Clear, reset, and sanitize tables quickly and efficiently.
→Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs as directed by servers.
→Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and walkways.

→Food & Beverage Running

→Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
→Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure proper order delivery.
→Assist in presenting dishes to guests when required.

→Guest Experience

→Support servers by anticipating guest needs (refills, additional cutlery, condiments, etc.).
→Provide friendly and attentive service, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for.

→Team Collaboration

→Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
→Assist with restocking service stations and supplies as needed.
→Follow all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant role is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
