As a Client Success Manager at Array, you will create an unparalleled client experience by providing strategic partnership and tailored solutions for their book of accounts. You will drive revenue growth from Array’s existing accounts by building strong relationships and identifying ways to help clients achieve their goals via Array’s suite of products.
CSMs work collaboratively with product, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver innovative offerings that align with client needs, helping them accelerate growth and achieve success in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on understanding their business objectives and challenges, developing a tailored strategy, and executing to help achieve their goals.
- Take ownership of your clients throughout all phases of their relationship with Array, including deployment, launch, ongoing optimization, and ultimately expansion and renewal.
- Proactively problem solve for your clients by resolving or anticipating issues
- Identify, pursue, and lead complex growth opportunities based on strong previous performance and client relationships, including expansion into additional Array products.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that align with each client's growth goals.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics, positioning Array as a knowledgeable and trusted partner.
- Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Client Success roles, owning a book of strategic accounts and being responsible for client health, retention and revenue growth in the ballpark of $5+ million in ARR.
- A proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact, strategic relationships, preferably within the financial sector.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of growing and retaining and growing accounts via excellent client service.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take ownership of the success of your accounts.
- Knowledge of the financial industry and an understanding of the unique growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, Fintechs, and Credit Services Organizations is a plus!
- A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
